I'm part of a volunteer organization that has gone through a bit of a slump over the past few years. We found ourselves begging for board members and scraping by financially. The leadership team struggled to agree on a direction. Priorities were cloudy.
Have you ever found yourself in the situation of NOT having momentum for change? When it feels like you are spinning your wheels but not making progress?
And then, just like that, our team started gaining momentum. Attendance at board meetings is now consistently high, our event calendar is clearly defined, and everyone keeps talking about our "momentum." This momentum thing feels great!
I can't help reflect: How did this happen? What changed? How did we gain this kind of momentum? Here are a few observations that may be helpful if you and your team are in need of momentum:

We are in constant motion here at the Management Education Group, Inc. In addition to the creation of new online products and a new website, we are happy to welcome Jory Gerken to the team.
