Arrival/Dismissal Reminders

Arrival/Unloading begins at 8:15 a.m.

Dismissal Time is 3:05 p.m.

NEW ARRIVAL PROCEDURE:

If your YOUNGEST child is in K - 2nd arrive AND dismiss at the FRONT DOOR

If your YOUNGEST child is in 3rd - 8th, arrive AND dismiss at the BACK GYM DOOR

We begin unloading students from the carpool line and front doors are open at 8:15 a.m (school starts at 8:30 a.m.) Any student that needs to be dropped off prior to 8:15 a.m. must be registered for Tidewatch Morning Care (in the cafeteria).

Any student arriving after 8:30 a.m. MUST be accompanied by a parent to the Front Office to sign in.
If you are walking your child in to school you must find a parking space on either side of the school - no parking in the fire lanes.
There is NO LEFT TURN out of the Front Office parking lot from 8:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m and from 2:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Students will dismiss to the same exits as last school year, but if your YOUNGEST child is now in 3rd grade or above, please remember you will pick up in the afternoon at the GYM door side of the school.
Please be prepared with Yellow Carpool Tags (picked up at Meet the Teacher) and Drivers License

Bus Schedules & Waivers

All students must have a bus waiver on file with the school BEFORE riding the bus for the first time.

Bus schedules and waivers are also available in the Front Office.

Tidewatch Session I

- Look for a Tidewatch confirmation email before your child's class(es).

- Tidewatch begins tomorrow!

- The pick up time for ALL after school participants (except Part-time Care) is 6:00 p.m. from the Front Office.

PLEASE BRING YOUR ID EVERY DAY. For your child's safety and due to many new staff, you will be asked for it before you are able to pick up your child.

- Afternoon dismissal changes (including Drop-in Care) must be directly communicated to the Front Office (379-0123) by 1:00p.m. Tidewatch asks that you email your child's teacher AND the Tidewatch Director, Jaci Matz (jmatz@riverviewcharterschool.org). This will ensure we will have your child in the correct line during dismissal.

Riverview PTO T-Shirt Sales

T-Shirt TUESDAY, Every Tuesday at RCS

Every Tuesday is "T-shirt Tuesday" and students will be allowed to wear any Riverview t-shirt (including those created for fundraising events and Tidewatch) with navy or khaki bottoms. Due to overwhelming popularity at Meet the Teacher, a limited supply of t-shirts are available at the Front Office. We will notify you when more sizes and selection are available. Only cash or check to "Riverview PTO" are accepted.
