Music to a Farmer's Ears
After weeks of rain, buzzing bees pollinating blueberry plants are welcome
 As Doug Wyllie (Class of '79) surveys a blueberry field near Debert, some of his workers are starting to wake up. It's already mid-morning, but bees can be temperamental workers and who's going to argue with them?

NSAC and NSDA Hosted AgZone Amazing Race 2011
 On May 19th and 20th, over 400 grade eight students visited NSAC for the Amazing Agzone Race.
AgZone, an interactive field trip for 14-year-olds, is an agricultural awareness initiative of the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and NSAC. The race is a fun yet competitive way to get adolescents interested and excited about agriculture.

Local Alumni Divot & Dine
 Mark you calendars for Friday, June 17th!
NSAC's Alumni Association is planning another Divot & Dine for local alumni at River Run Golf Club, North River. Gather your team of four or register as an individual. Tee times will be given to groups of four, every ten minutes from 4 - 6pm.
A BBQ and prizes will follow this fun game!
Alumni class teams are encouraged to sign-up. Let's see how many classes we can have represented!

NSAC's Alumni Association Annual Meeting
The annual general meeting of NSAC's Alumni Association will be held on Friday, June 24th. The meeting will begin at 12:30pm, in the CA Douglas Room, Cumming Hall.
