2011 Annual Report Available Online |
|---|
Dear Supporters,
It is Pride month and I am proud to share our 2011 Annual Report with you. Out Boulder continues to be a lean organization that accomplishes a lot. This is thanks to the dedication of our staff, board, and volunteers! We hope you will read through and see all the things we are doing in Boulder County with your support.
And come join us for our upcoming Pool Party in Longmont on July 15 and mark your calendars with our 9th Annual Pridefest, Sept 16! If you have a local business, consider being a vendor or a sponsor.
In Solidarity,
Aicila

GLBT Sportsfest & Frontrunners - June 16
|
|---|
Frontrunners has a regular Saturday morning run in Denver (and a Sunday morning run in Boulder!). On Saturday June 16, the Denver run will precede the Colorado GLBT Sportsfest held in Congress Park. This is a great opportunity for new people to join the run and for the Frontrunners to be part of the larger GLBT sports community.
Frontrunners will start and end their run/walk at Congress Park, located just east of Cheesman Park and the best parking will be via the Josephine Rd. entrance at 9th Ave. The group will leave promptly at 9:17. Look for the white canopy with the giant running shoe piņata.
Afterwards, free bagels and drinks will be provided outside in Congress Park. Stick around for the annual GLBT Sportsfest! The event celebrates and showcases the vibrant and diverse LGBT sporting and social groups in Colorado. All are invited to attend this Saturday in the park whether or not you want to participate or try a new sport. Annually featured sports are Colorado Gay Volleyball Association, Denver Gay and Lesbian Flag Football, Colorado Rush Rugby, Denver Frontrunners, Colorado Volleyball Connection, Sunday Afternoon Car Klub, OUTSpokin', SQUID and more. Sportsfest is presented by Team Colorado of the Rockies and Denver Outgames. Learn More.

We LOVE Our Volunteers - Will you Be One? - Denver Pride |
|---|
Out Boulder is a very small organization run by 4 staff members (only one who is full-time!), a dedicated board, and the greatest volunteers we could hope for. Our latest need for volunteers is Denver Pridefest where we will have a booth with a fun game and freebies. If you are interested in taking on a 2-hour shift, please contact Mauricio at mshoup@outboulder.org or 303.499.5777. We have other volunteer needs such as design help, cleaning, tabling events, etc. Check out our latest list and if you feel the urge to be an integral part of Out Boulder, well...welcome aboard!
