6.         Request Approval for Directing County Engineer and Road Manager to get with

Farmhaven Fire Chief to evaluate the cost of preparing the Farmhaven Parking Lot to Accommodate Constituents to Vote

7.         Award Lease Purchase Financing to Hancock Bank for 24 Sheriff's Cars and authorizes Board President to Execute Documents

8.         Award Bid for Bulldozer to Lyle Machinery

9.         Acknowledge Amended Inventory Physical Year Report

10.       Acknowledge Clerk of the Board Report

11.       Approval of County Policy Providing Steel-Toe Work Boots for Road

Department & Solid Waste Department Employees

12.       Approve Non-Exclusive Service Contract with W.S. "Red" Hancock, Inc. for lay down Asphalt and Authorizes Board President to execute same
