  2. Acknowledge Declaration of Emergency for Yazoo County      
  3. Approve addendum to T-1 Contract with Deltacom and related documents and authorize Board President to execute same
  4. Approve Telephone Switch Maintenance contracts with Avaya for main switch and Sheriff's Department switch and authorize board President to execute same.
  5. Acknowledgement of  Monthly Credit Card Report
  6. Award Bid for Used Asphalt Paving Machine and authorize deletion of current machine from inventory; and reject bids on new paving machine
  7. Appoint Hardy Crunk as Local Program Administrator (LPA) and authorize him to sign Pay Estimates
  8. Acknowledge Ground Breaking Ceremony for South Madison County fire Protection District-Adam Weisenberger Fire Station No. 2
  9. Acknowledge letter dated 10/21/2009 from Pyle, Mills, Dye & Pittman regarding Boards vote to add up to $120,000 for necessary equipment to be included with the $220,000 the County obligated for the purpose of the new truck.
