  • UPDATE: Bilberry(NCL) Landfill -- March 19 -- The saga continues:  The Hinds County Board of Supervisors is appealing to the Mississippi Supreme Count.  Feb 24; Judge William Lutz entered an order today affirming the Commission on Environmental Quality  in the Madison County landfill matter. He asked me to let you know that he had filed the order in the Hinds County Chancery Court. **NOTE -- Now, it could be appealed to the Supreme Court; and the PERMIT must be reviewed and approved by DEQ.
