Juicing your own Fruits and Vegetables provides your body with an immediate infusion of antioxidants, vitamins A and C, plus disease-preventing phytochemicals found only in nature.
The nutrients and chemicals help to neutralize harmful effects of the body's free radicals, which have been linked to aging, heart disease and cancer. Juices contain plant enzymes that greatly aid in digestion.
Beware of ready-made juices as many manufacturers add preservatives and additives to packaged or bottled juices. By far, the most common ingredient added to juice is: refined sugar.
