Did you know that every year, over 10 BILLION ANIMALS are slaughtered
to feed

7 BILLION PEOPLE?

9 billion Chickens

100 million Pigs

34 million Cows and Calves

more than 250 million Turkeys

Did you know that 99% of the food you buy comes from Factory Farms

where animals are confined, abused, sick, genetically engineered

before they arrive on your plate?

What will make a difference about the way you choose your foods?

Eating Animals for lunch and dinner is a tradition most of us have grown up with, without thinking, without questioning, without compassion.

Meat is superfluous.   Meat is:

Manufacturing

Endless

Animal

Torture

pigs

Some ways to "lean into" healthier habits without having to consume animals are:

  • Embrace Meatless Mondays
  • Eliminate the eating of one animal group altogether
  • Think of meat as a side dish
  • Find delicious, healthy recipes that do not include animal products
