PICNIC SANDWICHES

Use Big
Lettuce Leaves, or Cabbage Leaves (washed in 11.5 Kangen water) or slices of Sprouted Wheat Bread for the
"bread" of these sandwiches..
Directions:
- Spread a
layer of Sue's Hot Mustard (page 43) on
sandwich tops & bottoms
- Spread a layer of Vegannaise Brand
eggless & dairy-free Mayo
Arrange the following:
- Slice of Veggie Cheese-optional
- Spinach Leaves
- Thin sliced cucumbers-with a spritz of lemon or lime
- Thin sliced tomato and onions
- Thin sliced green or red Bell Pepper
- Add any fresh veggie you like (Avocado is good, too!!)
- Sea Salt & White or Red Pepper
This is a fun recipe to experiment with and add different
veggies. You can make this
like a big "dagwood" sandwich, it is very healthy for you and tastes so good
and fresh. Double wrap it up tight in wax paper and pop in your cooler. By the time you get to your "picnic", the
flavors of the veggies will have blended & it will be part of a delicious
memory...
