Greetings!
This is Week Three on careers. We focus on Blue people -- the Idealists.
Book a workshop for 26 or more people and earn a 2-nite/3-day weekend for 2-4 people at the Sedona Summit for Spring Break 2013, April 6-8.
I invite you to "like" the Four Windows Facebook. You'll find out quicker about events, news, deals & ideas between newsletters. Here's the link: http://facebook.com/FourWindows.

CHECKING OUT BLUE CAREERS ON THE WEB |
Continuing with the Career Theme this third week, here is what to enter in a Google browser if you are Blue.

If you are....
Introverted Blue-Gold: enter "INFJ Careers"
Extraverted Blue-Gold: enter "ENFJ Careers"
Introverted Blue-Orange: enter "INFP Careers"
Extraverted Blue-Orange: enter "ENFP Careers"
Again, here is proof that the Color in second place for "most like you" really matters. As you play around on the internet, you will see stark differences among common career choices between Blue-Gold (NFJ) and Blue-Orange (NFP).
NOTE: in the temperament world, "Green" is usually not recognized as strong enough a factor for Blue people compared to either Gold or Orange. If Green is your second Color, use your third (Gold or Orange) as the criterion for making a career search.
A Word of Caution. While exploring around the web, stay interested in your findings but be a little skeptical. Career lists are not prescriptions for your own career choices. What the lists might actually do, however, are open several avenues:
- Reassure you that you may be on the right track with your existing plans.
- Open your eyes to possibilities you had not thought of and which might excite you.
- Provide you with options to present the people who support you - especially if you realize that their choices for you could be missing the mark.
- Force yourself to pause and seriously ask yourself who you really are and what kind of person you want to be.

BLUES ARE CALLED "IDEALISTS" IN DAVID KEIRSEY'S WORLD |
David Keirsey is the principal influence behind my Four Windows technology. Before there were "Colors", Dr. Keirsey identified four distinct temperaments that dramatically and easily help us all to understand ourselves and others. He calls Blue people "Idealists".
| Keirsey Personality Types: Portrait of an Idealist (ENFP, INFP, ENFJ, INFJ) |
In this clip from his DVD "Please Understand Me," you get a glimpse of career choices preferred by Blue folks. These Idealists -- who represent 12-15% of the world -- seek harmonic relationships, have diplomatic intelligence, love to teach and help resolve conflict. David Keirsey groups them as Teachers, Counselors, Champions, and Healers.

Earn a Spring Break Weekend for Booking a Four Windows Workshop
This is not a contest. It's a gift. If you book me for a workshop with 26 or more participants, you get to enjoy a mini-vacation in Sedona, Arizona on April 6-8 in 2013. That's 2 nights and 3 days of bliss during Spring Break.
The location is the Sedona Summit -- smack in the middle of the most gorgious scenery you can imagine.
