The deadline was last Monday. Thank you for all the entries. The goal was to write an e-mail text that appeals to ALL FOUR COLORS. The winner, Jahia Darmadji, won the Four Windows Personality Survey for up to 10 people in his circle, as well as Mary Miscisin's groundbreaking book Showing Our True Colors. The company he worked for, P.T. Bentara, was founded fifty years ago in Jakarta, Indonesia.

So please attend this concert. During intermission, you will get to see at least 10 ways we can protect the program for years to come.
Why keep the program?
Multiple studies prove correlation between music study and career success. See research at http://scholar.google.com/scholar?q=correlation+between+music+and+career+success&hl=en&as_sdt=0&as_vis=1&oi=scholart
Thousands of alumni insist that only music kept them interested in school.
Serious music study includes sharp attention to the benefits of other subjects, especially math, computer science, physics, reading, composition, and other arts. Music must focus on precision, detail, complexity, acoustics, rapid reading, creativity, and cultural and historical context.
Music addresses individual uniqueness and inspiration when nothing else in the school curriculum does.
And don't forget that for pre-teens and teens, music brings out natural joy when nothing else might be doing so.
Support your child. Support all the children. Enjoy the concert!
