Blog Launch: GE for Central-Eastern Europe
IIE is pleased to introduce an initiative by one of its respected partners, General Electric. The GE for CEE blog is about people and possible solutions to some of the toughest challenges on the regional and global agenda today. As a multi-stakeholder dialogue, it is meant to serve as a platform for a meaningful regional discussion that will create ties between different people and provide a forum for sharing ideas, experiences and best practices with the ultimate goal of fostering cross-national cooperation.
Current and former grantees of the GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders Program in Central-Eastern Europe will be part of the dialogue. The students, led by four country ambassadors, will be involved in providing relevant content for the blog. The four country ambassadors were chosen from among the 2011 winners of the program by their peers this summer. They are: Lenka Francu from the Czech Republic, Kinga Ritter from Hungary, Natalia Swierczek from Poland and Daniel-Florin Sava from Romania.
If you want to be part of this dialogue, you can subscribe to the GE for CEE blog.
