This e-news continues to highlight stories from our biomimicry series and looking at how nature's processes can be applied to business.

HOK, one of the world's largest architectural firms, and the Biomimicry Guild have been working together for more than a year and are seeing the use of architectural design based on nature expanding worldwide.

Two Toronto-area designers are heading up a new Toronto biomimicry action network with the aim to form a community around the methodology.

A social networking website has been set up to provide information on local research and activities and offer a forum for people to connect.

The Ontario College of Arts and Design (OCAD) is looking at how to link with other disciplines - such as engineering, biology and business - around biomimicry.

Meanwhile, a new slideShare presentation explores the biology of business and how design thinking links with lessons from nature.
