Are the holidays a good time to sell a home?  I am frequently asked this question.  The answer is:  Yes!  There are several reasons why.  First, holiday decorations make a home very warm and inviting to the buyers and stimulate their emotions to buy.  Second, only serious buyers are looking during the holidays so you may have fewer showings but they are serious buyers!  Third, a lot of sellers will wait until the first of the year to put their home on the market so there is less competition now than there will be after the first of the year.  If you are thinking of selling your home, let's get started!
