Inventory levels are coming down and that is good
news for those sellers currently listed or  thinking    about selling their home.  However, the homes that obtain sold signs on them continue to be those that "shine like a new penny" and are priced at or below market level.  The first time home buyer tax credit helps to generate the bulk of the sales in the $300K and less price range.
