"Proby" (pictured above) was X Gym's 2008 Biggest Loser contest winner. Now he is one of our fastest competitive stair climbers!  

Proby used some of the same nutrition, brain, and exercise techniques that "Taz" used (featured in the last newsletter).

Oops! I messed up and pasted the wrong link to the survey in the e-newsletter I sent yesterday. Sorry! I'm still new to this technology, so please bear with me...

I mentioned the outdoor boot camp program in the e-newsletter yesterday (Click here to see the preview video), and the immediate responses back through your emails and phone calls have been so numerous, we have already jumped on it and decided to offer classes in two locations! I would still like more input from you however, so please take the survey today.

Classes will be held at Alki on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 am and noon. They will also be held at the sculpture park in Belltown on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 am. These classes will start at Alki on Monday, July 6th, so contact Kailyn through k@xgym.com to sign up!

Oh, by the way, these classes will be FREE for X Gym members for the first two weeks, but space is limited, so contact Kailyn today!
