"Proby" (pictured above) was X Gym's 2008 Biggest Loser contest winner. Now he is one of our fastest competitive stair climbers!  

Proby used some of the same nutrition, brain, and exercise techniques that "Taz" used (featured in the last newsletter).

Wow! What a great response from the inaugural e-newsletter sent recently (click here if you missed it). Your ideas were GREAT! I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am for the improvements to take place shortly at the X Gym.

Your wonderful feedback has really stoked my appetite for more! I would love to hear your opinions on the ideas so far, and get even more if you have them. To do this effectively, I would like to ask you some questions. Can you help me out?

I promised a big announcement in the last newsletter, so here it is: We will be offering a new outdoor boot camp in select locations by the end of July (or sooner)! Click here to see the preview video. I would like more input on this too however, so please take the survey today.

Lastly, I also promised that I would tell you more about our "Taz" project (she was the one pictured in the last newsletter). Taz was my first attempt at applying the new brain training techniques in a systematic fashion, and wow did it work! It still is working too! As of the date I wrote the last newsletter, she had lost 40 pounds of fat in 12 weeks. Well, she's down even more now, and still going!

Fast, effective, and permanent fat loss really is about the brain and its rewiring process. Besides the free MP3 download available through the survey, here is another tip to put yourself on the fast track: Every time someone asks you how you are doing, instead of saying what you always say, use the word "Fantastic" or "Marvelous." We'll talk about why in the next newsletter...
