Susan Bouton: Winner of Last Month's "Piano" Riddle In May, I challenged you to not only solve a riddle, but show me how you would use it as a presentation HOOK!
I was amazed at the number and quality of responses. Susan Bouton, of AVI BioPharma, wins a $20 Starbucks card with her response:
"The answer is 'a piano.'
If I were talking about leadership skills I would use it to relate to how many people can just sit down at a piano and play a song? Then talk about how one gets better by listening to someone else play and with instruction and practice. Same as with being a leader - learn by reading, observing, and practicing."
Anne Burns, Valerie Baxter, Tiffany Read, and Jennifer Thompson also submitted outstanding ideas. Thank you!
