Family Practice Day - Curiosity: Seeing with Fresh Eyes
| As parents, the holiday season can be filled with anxiety and pressure, in addition to all of the joy and family fun. Sometimes we need to recover from even the most wonderful celebrations. Let our next Family Day help you and your family recharge and ease into the new year.
We will be exploring the theme of Curiosity-Seeing with Fresh Eyes. We'll learn how to bring fresh awareness to our interactions with each other and to our own experience. We hope you'll make it one of your family's post holiday intentions to join us!

Volunteer Spotlight
| "The practice influences everything I do" - Carol Levy

Carol Levy is an artist, teacher, and a longtime member of the Spirit Rock sangha who shares her gifts behind the scenes. Her service and artistry are apparent everywhere at Spirit Rock, gracing both the residential and non-residential spaces. She selected and created the beautiful silk hangings and installments in each of the residence halls and helped with the selection of the fabrics on the zafus, zabutons, and cushions in the upper Retreat Hall.
