Twenty-seven years ago, three young and ambitious entrepreneurs decided that Fountain Valley needed a little Irish cheer, food and beer.
Dan Madden, Rob Robertson and Bill Madden (pictured left) set out to create what has now become a classic Orange County landmark- repeatedly voted the Best Irish Pub in Orange County.
Come help us celebrate another wonderful year for Silky Sullivan's.

Tijuana Dogs: Fri. Sept. 16th
 After a summer-long Silky's hiatus, we are happy to welcome back a fan favorite band: Tijuana Dogs. These guys are known for their outstanding stage presence; they always pack the house and fill that dance floor!
With the TJ Dogs on the stage, we are looking forward to another hoppin' night, as always. Mark your calendars for this one, and make your reservations early so you know you'll have a place to hang your hat.

NFL Kickoff & Monday Night Football
Football is back! Just like last year, we are throwing an NFL Season Kickoff Party. We will be having food and drink specials that you won't wanna miss...

New Orleans Saints @ Green Bay Packers- 5:30PM
We are your go-to venue for Monday Night Football. Our deals are stacked. The popular Silky's Slider Bar will be back with killer food and drink specials! $5 select specialty martinis all day and Happy Hour drink prices from 4-7PM.

This will be the last Sunday Night Karaoke of the year, since Sunday Night Football is taking over the airwaves for a while. It falls on the night before Labor Day, so take advantage of the benefits of a 3-day weekend!
Come pour your heart out and leave it all on the stage. Remember, we have Sunday Night Pint Beer Specials, 4-10PM... and to all you karaoke lovers out there: do not fret; weeknight karaoke is in the works. So keep a look out for the news as our plans unfold. |
