Twenty-six years ago, three young and ambitious entrepreneurs decided that Fountain Valley needed a little Irish cheer, food and beer.
Dan Madden, Rob Robertson and Bill Madden (pictured left) set out to create what has now become a classic Orange County landmark- repeatedly voted the Best Irish Pub in Orange County.
Come help us celebrate another wonderful year for Silky Sullivan's.

Night Football, and Silky's is the place to be to watch the action. With 16 Hi-Definition TVs, there is no bad seat in the house.
Monday Night Football usually starts at 5:30PM, each Monday. This year, they are having two games on the first Monday. Happy Hour drink specials, 4-7PM. See you there!
