It's here! The first week of training! Our goal this year? To get you to the starting line of the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and 1/2 Marathon!

Frequently Asked Questions:
What if I can't be there on the 21st? Can I still join?
Absolutely! If you would like, you can pick up your packet early at the Meet & Greet or the in-store packet pickups. That way you have the schedule and all of the info you need. But you can also just join us the next week and register or pickup your packet then.
I'm not sure if this is for me. Can I just come try it out?
Yes! We have four weeks of registration, so you are welcome to drop in and try us before you register. You are also encouraged to bring friends or family to try it with you!
I didn't go to the Kickoff on May 7th and do the Pace Finder Run/Walk. How do I know which group I'm in?
No worries! If you don't know your pace group, we will do a Pace Finder at each location on Saturday. For those who DO know their pace group already, they can head out for a workout.
I've never done anything like this. I'm not sure if it's for me or if I can handle it.
Come give us a try! USA Fit is a beginner-friendly program that can help anyone become healthier and more fit! You will find that there are lots of others JUST LIKE YOU and you will fit right in!
What do I need to wear and bring?
Come in comfortable clothes and running shoes, ready to work out! You also need to bring a water bottle, and don't forget a SMILE! If you're not sure about your shoes or the best way to carry your water, never fear! Just bring what you have and you'll learn more about the options that are out there!

| Need Childcare? | |  Let us know!
We've been asked about providing childcare for many years now, but this is the first year we've actually had the means to say YES!
The Spectrum Club Concord Plaza, host of our Alamo Heights training location, has agreed to explore the option of opening their childcare facility early enough to be used by our USA Fit San Antonio members for a nominal fee. Interested? Please contact Lauren at the Spectrum Club to let her know. If there is enough interest, it will happen!

Help us spread the word about this first rate training program, and you just might win some prizes for your trouble!
Every year we have a Yard Sign Campaign to promote our season kickoff. Sign up to participate and you will get a plastic sign to display in your yard, front window or office. We ask you to put it in a prominent place through the end of our registration period. Everyone who participates is entered into a drawing for free goodies from our sponsors -- including FREE running shoes!!
Want to join in the fun? It's easy! Pick up your sign at the Meet & Greet on May 18 and will enter your name in the drawing. We will pick winners after the first week of training. That's all there is to it!
