As is our tradition, we host an outdoor potluck on Halloween for our neighbors.  This seems to be the only time of the year that I make Chinese Won Ton Soup.  (The secret ingredient is the Chinese BBQ Duck which flavors the broth.)  We set a table on our front patio and enjoy the tiki lights and each other's company.  I serve Whittard Jasmine Tea and Decaf Black tea.
