Greetings!

Fall is here and that means preparing your home, garden, animals and ranch for winter.  Now is the time to fertilize your yard, purchase and prepare your bulbs for the spring, and plant your fall garden.   Ark Country Store carries a full line of garden supplies & fertilizers, including organic products. 

Deer season opens in a few weeks, are you ready?  Ark Country Store has what you need, deer feeders, corn, deer blocks, hunting clothing and more.  Stop by and check it out.  

Our annual feed booking is going on now!  Place your orders NOW through the end of October.

Speaking of new members, the Jones family was blessed with a healthy new baby boy earlier this month.  Mom, babe, big brother and Dad are all doing well. 

Our annual Halloween Costume Contest is around the corner!  Bring the kiddos and pets by Ark Country Store on Saturday, October 31st.  Prizes and free treats for pets in costume.

Fall preparation 

Fall is the time to work on your lawn, garden & pasture.  With the cooler weather it is a great time to get outside and build up those fall gardens!  Ark Country Store has all your garden needs and a full line of organic garden items. 

Till the soil and dig up any weeds.  Add compost and fertilizer, till in.  Make sure your beds are built up to allow for good drainage with all this rain.  Don't forget the mulch!

October vegetables:  lettuces, spinach, garlic, onions, kale & Bok Choy.

Fall perennials: pansies, alyssum, snapdragons, sweet peas, Blackfoot daisy, Copper Canyon Daisy, Maximilian sunflower, santolina, iris, roses, butterfly bush, Scabiosa, lantana, coral honeysuckle, Salvia, perennial bulbs, and pinks.
