FLASHBACK: VISALIA'S WEST ACEQUIA PARKING STRUCTURE
Five years ago, Seals/Biehle, Inc. had just wrapped up construction on the West Acequia Parking Structure in the heart of downtown Visalia. The project, commissioned by the City of Visalia, consisted of the construction of a five level, post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking structure. The 210,000 square foot structure boasts a brick veneer, metal panel and stucco exterior and a blue glazed wall in one corner, which pays homage to an underground creek which passes below. This downtown Visalia parking garage houses an impressive 8,307 cubic feet of concrete and 691 parking stalls.
