Greetings!

We are living in what some would deem the "information age," but I believe it is better and more appropriately coined as the "relationship age." Ultimately, it is the right relationships that get you the right information which presents you with the right opportunities.

Relationships, much like structures, are not built overnight but rather one floor at a time with patience, attention to detail, and appreciation. One thing that tends to be overlooked is the relationships we form with our colleagues; these bonds carry the same weight as client relationships in regards to the success of an organization.

At Seals/Biehle, Inc. there are many things we are proud of - our work ethic, our honesty, our construction quality - but one of the things we are most proud of is the long-standing relationships we have with our clients, subcontractors, vendors and fellow employees. A good majority of our work hails from repeat clients; clients for whom we have not only produced great work, but have taken the time to build a bond beyond the bids, budgets and timelines.

Simply put, our goal remains constant - build great facilities...and relationships.

Sincerely,

Matt Seals

SAINT CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH ON THE HORIZON

Preliminary plans are underway for the construction of Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Visalia. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno, Townsend Architects and Seals/Biehle will be employing an IPD method (Integrated Project Delivery) on this project. IPD leverages early contributions of knowledge and expertise through the utilization of new technologies, allowing all team members to better realize and deliver on their high potential while expanding the value they provide throughout the project's life cycle. Plans call for a 2,000-seat church, which would make Saint Charles the largest church in the Diocese of Fresno. Bishop Armando Ochoa would like for Saint Charles to ultimately serve the Diocese as a "center" where ordination will take place for both diaconates and priests. Seals/Biehle will be using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology on this project, which greatly minimizes and resolves construction conflicts in the planning stage, before construction ever starts in the field.

Seals/Biehle completed work on Saint Charles' 16,697 square foot Parish Hall in August 2011. Mass is currently being held in the Parish Hall until the construction of the main church is completed. Below are photos of the completed Saint Charles Borromeo Parish Hall:
