Greetings!

In an age when conventional wisdom looks to outsourcing and subcontracting to reduce fixed overhead, we do just the opposite.
In addition to general contracting, project development, pre-construction and construction management, Seals/Biehle, Inc. self-performs many aspects of a project. To cut costs and meet a project's needs, we utilize our own people and our own resources to perform specialty construction, rough carpentry, wood framing, metal studs, drywall and concrete. These capabilities give Seals/Biehle, Inc. the flexibility to perform a substantial percentage of the work on projects with limited reliance on multiple subcontractors. By utilizing our own people, we can adjust work sequencing and areas of work better and more efficiently in order to meet an owner's needs.

Seals/Biehle, Inc.'s self-performance fosters efficiency, increases safety at the work site, and allows for aggressive schedules to meet a project's timeline and budgetary goals. Furthermore, self-performance enhances Seals/Biehle Inc.'s depth of expertise and knowledge, ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to our clients. We believe self-performing is another way of demonstrating accountability and achieving the best value for our clients time after time.

Sincerely,

Matt Seals

A VIRAL PUSH FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

If you've recently clicked on the City of Visalia's website, you've noticed an obvious addition. Now populating the city's website is a Video Tourbook, developed by CGI, a video production company out of Rochester, New York. The series of short clips highlights and profiles a wide array of successful Visalia-based companies ranging from education facilities to construction firms to banking institutions. This guided tour through the businesses and services available in Visalia demonstrates the caliber of companies located in the Valley and is an excellent portrayal of the breadth and depth of industries in our backyard. The Tourbook acts a great tool for locals who are interested in seeing what Visalia has to offer, as well as companies and individuals contemplating a move to the area.
