Brides
May brings you so many special occasions and Hanson Galleries hopes to be your go-to store to find those elusive gifts.
Wedding party jewelry is one of our specialities.
Our gift registry helps the bride and groom receive art pieces that perfectly fit their personal taste.
Grooms enjoy giving our interesting knives, cufflinks, or clever boxes for their grooms gifts.
Whether sculpture, kitchen art, fun gifts or serious art we have many ideas to chose from for the contemporary bride.
Grads
Grads look forward to this big happening in their lives, so help them celebrate it with a special gift from Hanson Galleries. Find unusual gifts from $10 bookmarks to $200 exotic wood boxes, that are sure to impress. Stud sets, mobiles of musical instruments for the dorm room or puzzle boxes will bring a smile to his face. Handcrafted jewelry, picture frames and pretty glass always hit the mark for the girl graduate. One of the most popular gifts this year is the stainless steel, high-tech wallet. There are several styles to choose from $20 to $150.
Don't forget our graduation, anniversary and beautiful wedding cards from our handmade card selection. Prices start at $7.

A family affair
Artistry and function as seen on Paula Deen's cooking show!
The newest item in this pewter line is the space saving tower that holds both spoons and cups.
Jim and Deborah Chapman had the opportunity in 1985 to learn pewtersmithing from friends who were closing their studio. Creating pewter products together has been a natural extension of their individual artistic explorations...Deborah in ceramics and costume design, and Jim in woodworking and bookmaking.
Over twenty years later even their children have gotten involved, with the youngest declaring (at age 6) that he would be the future "boss". Their work has been a gallery favorite for 20 years and their creativity continues to grow.

Blake update
Progress of past associate
BLAKE, MARCIE, and the dog, MILES, have settled in San Antonio where Marcie's family can help during rehab.
Blake writes: "All in all we are O.K. Physical therapy has me sore as hell, but at least I know the muscles are there and working. I believe that while I was at Texas Institute of Rehab and Research in Houston, I wasn't in denial about my condition, but in denial about how unpleasant and uncomfortable it was going to be outside the incubator of a hospital. Everyday is an achievable challenge."

Great wedding gift
"Perfect Union"
This pewter motif is an Artist Craftsman design from the turn of the century. The two entwined trees become one symbolizing unity. The story on the back reads: "Some things, when together, are more complete than when standing alone."
While in college in Houston, Cynthia and Tom worked in the Galleria Mall and would meet at Hanson Galleries during their lunch hour to enjoy all our wonderfully crafted work and dream of their future. They are now Mr. and Mrs. Webb and credit Hanson Galleries with giving them inspiration to start their own craft business.
Just received is this ribboned wall ornament at $45. This gift is also available in two framed sizes for desktop or hanging.
