Founded in 1986, Northwest Arkansas Free Health Center provides no-cost health care to the uninsured, indigent, and working poor individuals of Northwest Arkansas. The Free Health Center is totally funded by donations and operates using volunteer physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, technicians, and lay volunteers, coordinated by a small paid staff. The Center is a United Way member.
