New Shows!
There's a big crop of
new Broadway shows on the Great
White Way this spring, so we thought we'd give you
a rundown on some of the ones we are most looking forward to seeing:
Addams Family Now in Previews, Opening
Night: April 8
Expected to be a very big crowd pleaser for the whole family. You're surely
already familiar with this cast of characters through the popular cult TV show
and cartoon created by Charles Addams. Staring Broadway veterans Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth.
Million Dollar Quartet Now in Previews, Opening
Night: April 11
Based on a real-life December 1956 recording session that brought together
Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lew Lewis, and Carl Perkins. Great songs
including "Blue Suede Shoes," "Hound Dog" "Walk the
Line", "Fever," "That's All Right," "Sixteen
Tons," "Great Balls of Fire," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin'
On," "Who Do You Love?," "Matchbox," "Folsom
Prison Blues," and more!
Promises, Promises Previews start March 27,
Opening Night April 25
Broadway's first revival
of Promises, Promises, a smart and fun musical about an
executive with an apartment and girl for
rent. Based on the Oscar-winning Billy Wilder film, The Apartment. With a score by Burt Bacharach and
Hal David performed by lead actors Sean Hayes and Kristen Chenoweth, this show
is bound to be Broadway's next big smash.

 NYG News...
If you're traveling to New York this spring, I
hope you will take special notice of the 3 million daffodils blooming
throughout the five boroughs of the city. These daffodils carry special
meaning: the bulbs, donated by a Dutch flower supplier, are planted every year
by over 20,000 volunteers (including New York Guest staff members) to
commemorate the losses of September 11th. The
annual effort also draws attention to the needs of parks and open spaces citywide. Take a look at this year's photo contest supporting the project (click on the photo below to see more)
