Download the conference schedule of events and plan your weekend in advance for maximum benefit. (It's a very large file, best downloaded via high-speed internet connection. A print version will be available for you at the registration desk.)

An important note about starting times. The conference starts one hour earlier this year!

  • Genre Meet & Greets with continental breakfast start at 7AM
  • Also at 7AM on Saturday and Sunday, write to prompts in creative writing sessions
  • Signature Workshops begin at 8 AM
Feel free to share the conference schedule with friends. You might even inspire someone to come with you!

If you haven't registered yet, but wish you had, don't despair. Just show up at the conference and register on site. We love to see you there.

Don't miss these special events on Saturday!
  • 7:30 AM, FWA Board of Directors meeting, Orchid Ballroom, everyone is welcome
  • Noon, Membership Luncheon, President and Vice President awards announced

Volunteers  are still needed for this year's conference. Contact Frank Ridge.

lighthouseBe sure to check out Chris Hamilton's lively and informative  conference blog for details about faculty, agents, publishers, sessions and other conference-related goodies.

You do not have to register for the conference in order to attend Margie Lawson's  Empowering Characters' Emotions presented on the Thursday before the conference.  Read on details...
BID NOW! EBAY AUCTION SUPPORTS LITERACY

The Florida Writers Foundation has a fabulous online auction going on right now!  Bid on items including airline tickets, signed sports memorabilia, publicity and web services, day at the races, vacation package for four, and more.

eBayBidders do not have to be an FWA member to participate. (However, all bidders must register with eBay.) For item descriptions and bidding, visit the Florida Writers Foundation on eBay.

Of course many, many more items will be available for bid during the auction. For a preview,  visit the silent auction site.

Bid high and often. Funds raised during these auctions will support literacy.
