Enjoying Spring in NYC
HAPPY SPRING, EVERYONE! I just love this time of year. I started writing this piece in New York City, thoroughly enjoying the magnificent glory of spring in the vibrant scene of trees and flowers blooming in the air, not to mention the joyous mood and happy smiles of people everywhere here in the Big Apple. Spring, for us here in the northern hemisphere, celebrates the abundant regeneration of life taking place on the planet after the long, lifeless winter. As the planet awakens into new life, you can use this time of the year as an opportunity to renew your intentions for wellness, awaken to greater abundance, and most importantly "Spring Into Health!" Knowing that spring is the season for growth and regeneration, this month's newsletter is devoted for you to experience this wonderful renewal of life occurring all around and, most importantly, the emergence of renewed life within! Breathe Your Way to
