"How doing electronic newsletters saved my business."

Presented by Donna Milstein

Using Constant Contact to create, send and measure results, Donna has almost five years experience in producing a monthly e-newsletter for her business, Hanson Galleries, in Houston.  In fact she is a certified instructor for Constant Contact and keeps current with their improvements to their service.  In 2009 her e-newsletters won her the Niche award for "Best Customer Newsletter" in the craft industry.  She has also won accolades from Constant Contact.  She has taught this subject for five years at all the craft wholesale venues and does private tutoring with businesses in Houston.

In case you choose to use a different e-marketing platform, there will still be loads of content to make it worth your while to listen in.

Partial listing of subjects to be covered:  Getting your customer's email addresses, importance of "subject" and "from" titles,  when and how often to send, getting them opened, getting them read, writing headlines and copy, how to get/take photos and imbed them, starting with a plan, how CC tracks all your results,  using survey and archival features, costs involved, tying in with other social media marketing, and 20 things I learned the hard way.  I will share with you as to how doing these monthly newsletters has made me a better buyer.

If you are in the craft movement as a buyer or an artist, this is a very valuable tool you should be using.  I will stay on the phone at the end to answer all questions.  If you would like to see the last three year's of my newsletters even before you join the T3, click here, or go to my website and click on Newsletter Archieve on the home page:  http://hansongalleries.com/
