Hi, My name is Connor and I'm 11 years old!
When I was 10 months old, I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, but it hasn't stopped me from living my life. I have done many special things through the years like therapeutic horseback riding, went on a plane to Poland to try the Adeli Suit and most recently I joined a sledge hockey team. My team is called the Durham Steel Hawks. I just played my first tournament, and brought home a silver medal. It was awesome! If you like hockey, you should really give it a try!
Don't forget to check out Connor's YouTube video! Read more |
