 On the U.S. Thanksgiving, we had the honour of meeting an amazing human being. Jack Lannom took a couple of hours to drive out to the condo where we were staying in Florida to meet with us.
Jack is the author and founder of People First. Achieving Balance In An Unbalanced World. We read Jack's book in a couple of hours. Jack's philosophy is "Celebrate the human spirit!" This book will change your business and change your life if you follow the principals. Very simple principals practised every day with your family, your friends and your distributors. Or, as Jack writes in his book, "Purpose Partners". We loved this book. Give it to your significant other in your life.
We have always said over and over again in our training, "Take the Dollar signs off of people's foreheads and truly help them become successful" Help them to see success as soon as possible. Teach them everything you know, guide them, help them and make them feel important. We love the saying, "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care".
If you build a culture of people who work together with passion, purpose, honour, respect, and truly value your "Purpose Partners", you will build a lifelong business that will reward you beyond your wildest dreams. Your life will be enriched in so many ways. Getting to the top is great, but what is even greater, is who you become in the process.
Work on you. Start this week by reading this book. When you grow yourself, you grow your people and your people will grow your business. We really believe we are all under construction. We are constantly growing. These books we recommend in every newsletter work. If you are not reading them, you are missing something of great value for you, your family and the people you meet, in ways that we can't even come close to explaining, in a very big way. You can't teach what you don't possess. Build a library you can be proud of leaving behind when you leave this earth.
The reason for our bi-weekly newsletter, "The Xocolate Rocket" is to keep you all informed and updated. As your organization starts to grow, communication is key. We were receiving hundreds and hundreds of emails a week with questions and suggestions. We will answer most of these questions in our newsletter so it benefits everyone. Make sure they know about the training calls, international calls, opportunity calls and help them understand what is going on in the other countries we are doing business in. Keep them updated and stay connected to your upline support team.
Ask yourself this week, "What can I do to improve me?"

The Gift of Sharing
My story started approximately two years ago with a gift from my brother, Richard Lewis. My husband, diagnosed with (M.S.) Multiple Sclerosis, was faced with a difficult decision after his two year trial study. His choices were to continue a life of trial medications or consume chocolate 3,4,5 times a day. Our Lives Are Changed
Xoçai Healthy Chocolate has changed our lives in more ways than we ever could have imagined. We have always loved each other and our family; but, somehow life always seemed to be a day to day struggle. All that changed in December, 2006 when Kerry Dean introduced us to MXI. Once again, life is more fun - not just because we're eating healthy chocolate; but, because we are associating with wonderful leaders and distributors all over the world. After 17 years, Judith returned to Australia to visit her family for 5 weeks and we now enjoy shopping for the extras a significant MXI income affords us. Having Fun with Chocolate!
Xocai came into my life through a friend sharing the product with me just over a year ago. After suffering with chronic pain for 3 ½ years from rheumatoid arthritis I was ECSTATIC to realize that my joint pain went away after eating Xocai healthy chocolate.
