Hello to all!
Another great week with so much going on! The official launch of Sweden, getting prepared for the launch of Xe, (Remember, working smart, take as many pre orders as possible for Xe!) and the sizzle calls in German and Spanish are posted on the CH4U site. Soon to be added is French, Dutch, Portuguese, Mandarin and Cantonese.
If you have not been on the training calls, attended the meetings or the Regional events, you are missing out on extremely important information. Information you need to know in order to move forward with your business. We "sharpen our saw" on Mondays, you need to listen to all the calls.
You and your distributors need to know what is going on. Where are the meeting schedules? When are the calls? What training? Where are the meetings? When we get these questions, we know they are not engaged in their business. If you can't get on the calls, because of work, or have a situation where you just possibly can't be on them, have someone else listen to the call or record it. It's that important! All the leaders are on the calls, all the time!
If you don't take ownership of your business, who will? If you are not watering the seeds, nurturing it's growth, and taking time to "sharpen your saw" you will become frustrated, because you are not keeping up on information that will really help you grow your business.
We read this quote in a book not too long ago, "if you're interested, you'll do what's convenient, if you're committed, you'll do whatever it takes" - How true that is!
There is a young man who just got started in the business a few weeks ago, Twenty five years of age, no experience. He just wanted to know what it took to receive a quick check. He now has over 67 people on pre aps for the Xe Energy drink! He is on fire! He is taking advantage of "the first mover advantage", as well as talking about "sponsor three, and get yours for free"! He is showing the money and the simple art of duplication.
On the weekend, We asked a young man working in a restaurant, "Who do you know that drinks energy drinks?" He said "everyone".
We mentioned to him that we were launching a new healthy energy drink and we were looking for people just like him and that there is great money here. We asked for his contact information. We also gave him ours and the Xe Energy web site. That's it. Before we could email him, he emailed us! He is excited and on fire! How many times a day can YOU do that? Remember, just keep it simple and say little.

Thank
you for recommending the 45 Second Presentation booklet, I finally finished it
last week and it has changed the way I work and think! I'm a real
estate agent who was raised at my parents car dealership! The
light bulb went on when Mr. Failla talked about why salespeople fail at
this biz.
I
have always been a student of your system since day one, but after
presenting the business and telling my story, I would go back into
salesman mode because that's what I'm good at, but the last week has
been different! I
got business cards made with a picture of a woman on a beach with a
cocktail that say's "YOU CAN FIX THAT WITH CHOCOLATE!" I hand them out
after I ask someone if they know anyone looking to make extra income. Guess
what, our Schwans Man and the UPS man are excited, I've gotten 4 new
leads this week and we are booked full for our upcoming tasting on the
19th! So, long story short, I'm making everyone on the team read it or
reread it. I wanted you to know this so if you have any other
salespeople working this business, they probably don't even realize
they are holding themselves back because they are good at their regular
job! I'm drawing the napkin presentations at our training breakfast on
