Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller recently announced a mortgage settlement that will assist eligible Iowans. Iowa homeowners in need of assistance should contact Iowa Mortgage Help or call 1.877.622.4866.

The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors recently awarded a $50,000 State Housing Trust Fund grant to the Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation to assist a Waukon family down the road to homeownership. Read more.

Assistant Communications Director

Ms. Collins joined the Iowa Finance Authority in February as the Assistant Communications Director. Prior to joining the Iowa Finance Authority, she served as the Executive Administrative Assistant at the City Manager's Office for the City of Des Moines

Ms. Collins received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Public Administration program at Drake University.
