The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is launching quarterly forums with lenders and Realtors to receive feedback on IFA homeownership programs. The forum will be an opportunity for IFA to learn about issues that impact the ability to do business for both lenders and Realtors and find ways to work together to best assist Iowans in attaining affordable homeownership.
The first IFA Lender/Realtor forum will be held on March 27 at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines. The focus of this forum will be on regulatory issues impacting the real estate and mortgage market. The forum will showcase a panel of experts addressing timely issues as well as discussions about Iowa Finance Authority's homeownership programs.
