Knit Poppy Flowers Workshop

Getting Purly With It) delicate knitted
poppy flowers are a perfect little summer project. These super sweet flowers can be used as an embellishment for your home, yourself, your clothing, or a gift.
A great skill builder for an an adventurous or advanced beginner, you will learn to utilize yarn overs, ssk's, and k2tog's to create the soft lacy curves in this surprisingly simple flower design. The flowers are knit flat out of fine mohair on size US 7 needles, then finished with an easy seam to be completed in no time. We must warn you that once you start you may not be able to stop, but an abundance of poppies will make you smile, we promise!
The workshop fee of $50.00 includes the pattern and enough yarn to make several poppy flowers in a variety of colors. You will also need size US 7 needles (straight or circular) and a darning needle. As always, any materials required for the class can be purchased at the shop at a 10% discount.

Studio Avenue Six with with free demos, special promotions, and project kits outside the shop. And be sure to pop inside for a cool drink and air conditioning!

We will be closing the shop for a couple of weeks for some much needed rest, relaxation, and of course, knitting!
