Greetings!
It's been exactly 1 year since we have begun writing this newsletter! We can hardly believe how the time has flown. Winter is on its way out and spring will be knocking at our doors before we know it! It has been a very exciting year for the MetroSpa Team. We have undergone a lot of changes aimed at providing a better quality of service for you, our valued guest!
One of the biggest changes to take place in the last 2 months is the implementation of a new internal structure designed to improve your service experiences, progress our teamwork and create greater flexibility for your calendar.
With our new internal structure, all of our service providers benefit from the work done all around. Teamwork is a reality, not just a phrase.. and you, as a guest, can see who ever has availability to fit YOUR schedule without a feeling of "cheating."
We're excited to present these benefits to you as we strive to improve our service performance.
Another approach we are taking to build on our "Best of the Best" title is to strengthen our advanced education class curriculum. Starting next quarter, all designers at My Liege Salon & MetroSpa will begin studying to take the National Colorist Certification test. Currently, this certification is only held by 3 other designers in NH. It will be a challenging road, but by 2011 we aim to bring NH up to 7 Certified Colorists!

2010 Updated Policies & Procedures

In order to provide you, our valued guest, with the most enjoyable metroSpa experience possible while improving the quality of our staff's working conditions, we have revised some of our policies. Please review them before your next visit. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have.
- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early fill out necessary forms & relax before your appointment with a cup of tea or glass of wine.
- Children: For the safety of your children and comfort of our other guests, please do not bring them to the metroSpa unless they are receiving a service and you are available to supervise them.
- Cell Phone Policy: As a courtesy to our guests and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone while you are here. Please leave it in your vehicle or make sure it is set to the silent mode.
- Credit Card Policy: We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Amex.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you kindly give us 24 hours notice to avoid a $25 change of appointment fee. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a full charge of the requested service.
- Guarantee Policy: We guarantee our services 100%. We allow a 3 day window for you to really get used to your hair. We would love to hear back from you within that time if we do need to make any adjustments or changes.
- Product Exchange Policy:
- Unopened/unused product may be returned within 3 days for a cash refund.
- A guest can return any product purchased within 30 days, provided that it is not empty or almost empty for an exchange to another product or for a Gift Card of the value of the product.
- All makeup, nail polish, color marks and sale merchandise are final sale.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- We do not accept returns after the 30 days has passed.
- Must have original receipt or proof of purchase on file.
