Update regarding rooftop WTF proposal at 10051 Pinewood, Tujunga. This proposed WTF is to be placed on the rooftop of an existing apartment building. As far as we know, this is the first installation on a residential rooftop. Applicant, Clearwire, needs to re-notice the public hearing to include need for increased height. They also need to return to the Land Use Committee (LUC). New public hearing date to be announced soon. If you have an interest in this site, plan to attend the LUC and public hearing or send comments to: oliver.netburn@lacity.org.
