Greetings!
Welcome to the August Newsletter.
It feels great to write the newsletter after 2 months. I could not send the July one as i was travelling. I was in UK for the Diana Cooper School Reunion where Teachers from all over the world had gathered to meet and share their vision for the school and the way forward. After a year long apprenticeship with them, i was awarded the Master Teachers certificate to enable me to teach in India and spread the wisdom of the Ages here too. Subsequently, i met my Heal Your Life Teacher and Trainer for the advanced training in the HYL philosophy to become a Life Coach. Both these weeks were Magical for me and i witnessed miracles throughout.
I would also like to share another good news. The LYF Center is ready. LYF=Life=Loving yourSelf Foundation.
The energy of the place is very gentle and loving. The month long OM chanting has made the vibrations very conducive for healing and powerful meditations. This is my intention for the place. Last week, a day after we had done the pooja/havan at the place, i was guided to express gratitude to mother earth and anchor the earth energy in the Center. A few of my friends and I, with the help of Lemurian crystals connected with the Cosmic Heart of Mother Earth as we all felt that lot of healing energy was being drawn by Earth. We did as much as we could and will continue to do so. I also conducted the first Heal Your Life workshop there last weekend and it was very transformational for everyone. I will be posting the pictures of the Center very soon.
My prayer is that the LYF center becomes the beacon of Love and Light in Gurgaon and the neighboring areas. Many people visit the place for healing, get healed and follow their path to ascension with the help of their Masters, Angels and Guides.

Happy Independence Day
We are all on the Road to our Ascension.
Before we are born in our physical bodies on Earth, we ourselves choose our Life Plan, our parents, our relationships and our opportunities for our own growth. Some of us have lessons to learn in the area of relationships, some have come to accept our bodies, some of us are resolving our beliefs about money, about trust, faith and belief, forgiveness, love and compassion etc. Depending on our past life Karma, we along with the help of our Guides, on the Spiritual plane, decide our path on Earth.
We can imagine our life like a school in which when we complete learning the lessons of one class, we have final exams and then we are promoted to the next class. Similarly, for our soul lessons, once we learn one lesson, the Universe tests us and if we pass, we move to the next lesson and graduate to the next class in the school of evolution. This may take one life or many lifetimes. It all depends on us. And ultimately, we cross the cycle of Birth and Death on Earth and move to higher dimensions and so on. Some souls who have attained enlightenment choose to remain on the Earth plane to help other souls to ascend. They are the Ascended Masters who have taken this responsibility and have been generous to help us. They may have chosen to come back in the physical body or continue to help us by being in their Etheric forms.
It is simple but we humans get entangled in the webs our own creation and forget our true nature. We forget that we are born to free ourselves from all these entanglements and return home from where we separated eons of years ago as a part of Creation.
Today is Independence day when India became free from the British rule. I salute the freedom fighters and the struggle of our Great Grandparents, Grandparents and our parents.
But, i woke up today morning thinking AM I REALLY FREE ? and then the next question - WHAT DO I WANT TO BE FREE FROM?
I feel we ourselves.....only us are responsible for our life state, for the choices that we have made so far-good or bad (although nothing is bad, it's all perfect in any given moment), for all the decisions we have made in our life and the decisions and choices we are going to make as well.
I ask YOU the same question -
Do YOU want to be FREE?
What do YOU want to be FREE from?
What is keeping YOU away from YOUR TRUTH?
What would it take for YOU to break away from the Limited thinking?
What would it take for YOU to LET GO OFF the toxic Anger?
What would it take for YOU to come out of the shackles of your own Fears?
Do YOU want to continue to live in your self righteous Resentment?
Can YOU even breathe with all the guilt stored in your bodies?
What would it take for YOU to RELEASE the PAST?
It is time that WE really become FREE.
It is time WE stop the blame game and took responsibility of our lives, our thoughts, our emotions and our Karma.
For this one step and only this step can take us closer to our own truth...our own maginificence....our own brilliance.
- Meditate : By expanding inner peace and tranquility, meditation helps to reduce the mental clutter inside allowing for a greater connection to our "higher" or true selves often called our "higher" consciousness. It is at these higher levels of being that our true potential can be found and harnessed. During meditation you become more alert and focused, less reactive and more responsive. Meditation has the benefit of affecting your entire life, giving you the ability to better handle stressful and unwanted emotions. When you start to feel your ability to let thoughts and emotions come and go freely, in your realm of consciousness, then you are just beginning to reach some of the many incredible benefits that meditation practice has in store for you. - Chant : When a mantra is chanted in rhythmic tone with ups and downs, they create a melodious effect in the body . The simple yet powerful Mantra, Om or Aum harmonizes the physical forces with the emotional forces with the intellectual forces. When this happens, you begin to feel like a complete being - mentally and physically. When we chant mantras, we are not only accessing cosmic knowledge and wisdom. We spread that wisdom to others who are ready to accept it. Consciousness spreads. High vibrations dissolve lower vibrations.
- Do Affirmations : Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. All of your self talk, your internal dialogue, is stream of affirmations. You are using affirmations every moment whether you know It or not. You are affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought. Thoughts create, so when you do an affirmation, it is running through your head and is slipping into your sub conscious mind and creating a good foundation for your life. An affirmation opens the door. It's a beginning point on the path to change. In essence, you are saying to your sub conscious mind: "I am taking responsibility. I am aware that there is something I can do to change." All you have to do is choose the affirmation that makes you feel WOW from within and JUST DO IT. For eg you can start with "I am willing to change. I am safe". or "I am willing to release the past. I am safe." or "I love and accept myself. I forgive myself. I am safe."
- Let go : On a piece of paper write down what are you angry about, list your fears and guilts and then burn that piece of paper. This is a very powerful exercise especially when done on a Full Moon night though you need not make it a monthly ritual. Do it when you feel the need to do it.
- Gratitude : If the only prayer you say in your life is 'thank you,' that would suffice. - Meister Eckhart. Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present. In addition, behavioral and psychological research has shown the surprising life improvements that can stem from the practice of gratitude. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient, it strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress. Make a Gratitude list. Be thankful for everything and to everyone. I say thank you to everyone before i go to sleep everyday. You too could do it.
- Release the Past : You CAN release the past. The Past is over. Power is in the present moment. The Power is within YOU. You can continue to live in the past and keep hurting yourself or take the first step towards feeling the freedom. The choice is yours.
- Forgiveness : Forgive yourself and other. Forgiveness is a gift to yourself. It opens the doorway to Love. It does not mean that you condone bad behaviour. But it means that you set yourself free. You can release yourself from the karmic cycles of your life or shall i say, many lifetimes.
Love and Accept yourself just as you are.
So from Today,
- Stop all criticism. Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.
- Stop scaring yourself. Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure, (it can be a flower, rainbow etc) and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.
- Be gentle and kind and patient. Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really love.
- Be kind to your mind. Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change the thoughts.
- Praise yourself. Criticism breaks the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Take baby steps and Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.
- Support yourself. Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it. Join any support group and work together. Group support makes it easier to let go off your past pains and hurts. Read self help books to find the best way for you. Seek the help of a Therapist/healer/counsellor.
- Be loving to your negatives. Acknowledge that you created them to fulfil a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfil those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.
- Take care of your body. Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.
- Mirror work. Look into your own eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them, too. Express Gratitude. At least once a day look into the mirror and say: "I love you, I really love you!".
- LOVE YOURSELF - DO IT NOW! Don't wait until you get well or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship.
BEGIN NOW - Do the best you can and FEEL FREE. For Your thoughts can change Your Life.

Affirmation : I am a loving parent to myself. I am covered with love and approval. It is safe for me to show who i am.

Child Birth Classes for Gentle Birthing For the Mother-To-Be and her Birthing Companion
HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing.
As a birthing method, HypnoBirthing® is as new as tomorrow and as old as ancient times. It is presented in a series of five, 2 1/2-hour classes. Through these classes, healthy, low-risk women, as well as women who need medical assistance because of special circumstances, learn to dismiss fear-based stories, misinformation, and birthing myths; and they are helped to see birth as normal. They learn to trust that their bodies know how to bring their babies into the world in the calm and gentle way that Nature intended.
WHAT EVERY PREGNANT WOMAN NEEDS TO KNOW

Every pregnant woman needs to know that birth is intended to happen simply and easily and that six key birth practices make birth safer for mothers and babies. Every pregnant woman also needs to know that the standard maternity care is not evidence-based and, therefore, the health-care provider and place of birth will influence the care that she receives in powerful ways. Childbirth education can help women simplify pregnancy and birth and be a resource for understanding how decisions about maternity care influence the health and safety of mothers and babies.
Birth Is Intended to Happen Simply, Without Worry or Trouble
The physiological process of birth is simply and carefully designed. Women's bodies are designed to grow, birth, and nourish babies. In the last weeks of pregnancy, a series of physiologic changes occur, mostly, as evidence suggests, orchestrated by the baby. The cervix softens and may begin to dilate and efface. The uterine muscle becomes increasingly responsive to oxytocin. At first, oxytocin levels rise gradually and, when labor starts, more quickly. The pain associated with strong uterine contractions (the result of higher levels of oxytocin) sends a signal to the brain that stimulates the ongoing release of the large amounts of oxytocin required for strong, effective contractions. Coping with the increasingly strong contractions (by movement, relaxation, and other comfort measures) insures the continued release of oxytocin.
Pain plays an important role in helping labor progress by insuring that increasing amounts of oxytocin are released. When oxytocin levels are high (and the contractions are painful), beta-endorphins ("nature's narcotic") are released. Endorphins help women manage the pain of contractions by inducing an almost dream-like state and decreasing pain perception. In a very real sense, nature does not abandon women during labor.
Stress hormones, however, disrupt the process. Especially in early labor, stress and anxiety can stop labor; in active labor, stress can slow progress. Privacy and feeling safe and protected emotionally as well as physically help keep catecholamine levels low and labor progressing.
Women begin to have an instinctive urge to push as the baby moves down the birth canal. Following the urge, quite naturally, and changing positions in response to what the woman is feeling not only helps the baby descend and rotate but also protects the baby and the birth canal. When the baby is just ready to be born, if oxytocin and endorphin levels are high, a natural release of catecholamines gives women a surge of strength to push the baby out.
The baby is born with high levels of catecholamines and endorphins and is alert and calm. Placed skin-to-skin with his mother, the baby will find the breast and self attach. Even the small movements of the baby, when skin-to-skin with his mother, stimulate the release of maternal oxytocin. Oxytocin facilitates the separation and delivery of the placenta, decreasing the risk of maternal hemorrhage, and sets the stage for efficient milk let down and successful breastfeeding. Babies kept skin-to-skin stay warmer, are less likely to become hypoglycemic, cry less, have more stable heart rates, and breastfeed for a longer duration than babies who are separated from their mother (Moore, Anderson, & Bergman, 2007).
Every pregnant women needs to know that labor and birth are simply and beautifully designed. In order to keep labor and birth as safe as possible, and to minimize the risk of complications, it is essential to respect the simple, natural, physiologic process of labor and birth and not interfere in any way, unless there is a clear medical indication. There is an optimal way to give birth, and this is it.
Childbirth education can simplify pregnancy and birth and help women navigate the maze of modern obstetrics in order to have a safe, healthy birth. Pregnancy is complex and fraught with potential for worry and confusion. It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that things can go terribly wrong. Excellent childbirth education can help women learn how simple birth can and should be, how to stay confident in their ability to grow and birth their babies, and how to avoid "spoiling the pregnancy" with worry and fear.
