Teams of 2 to 5 riders will compete. If you don't have a team you will be assigned one. Winning teams will be those closest to the Official Pace Time. Results will be posted on our website & ribbons will be mailed to the first rider listed for that team. Divisions Strollers:
pace - 4 mph, course - 3 to 5 miles
This is a relaxed stroll through MacNair's newly opened trails, fields and scenic countryside.
Hilltoppers:
pace - 6 mph, course - 5 to 6 miles
This is a more forward, sporty ride with optional jumps. Natural ditches & streams are mandatory.
First Flight:
pace - 8 mph, course - 6 to 7 miles
The countryside will pass by more quickly. Jumps are optional but natural ditches & streams are mandatory.
If you'd rather walk, after the last group of riders goes out, everyone is invited to take to the trails on foot. Leashed dogs are welcome. They don't even have to be foxhounds.

General information
-- Formal attire is not required, however riders must wear an ASTM / SEI approved helmet & boots. -- All riders must sign a letter of release to accompany their entry form. -- All horses must show a negative Coggins. -- Riders under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. -- Each team member must fill out a separate entry. -- No concessions will be available so if you think you'll be hungry bring a turkey sandwich with you :) entry & release
