2012 Form W-2 
As part of the changes made by the Affordable Care Act, employers are required to report on Form W-2 the cost of employer-sponsored health coverage provided to employees. This requirement does not apply until employers furnish W-2s for the 2012 calendar year. But, employers need to be sure they have procedures in place now so they can capture the necessary information during 2012.
