HR4851President Obama Signed HR 4851 - COBRA Subsidy Extension
 
On April 15, 2010, President Obama signed into law the Continuing Extension Act of 2010, HR 4851. This law provides the extension of the 15-month subsidy to employees who are involuntarily terminated from April 1 through May 31. The new law modifies the rules regarding elegibility as well as notices/information that must be sent out.
