We are a nonprofit mental health treatment center providing programs designed specifically for kids ages 3-17. Our goal is to provide families throughout South Texas greater access to children's mental health care regardless of their ability to pay.

dara's story: reunited with a stranger
Getting help was mom's first step at starting over

 

Fall 2011 NewsletterAt just 3 years old, "Joshua's" dad took him away from his mom. Nine years would pass before Dara would see her son again. The playful and happy little boy she remembered came home a frightened stranger. Clarity Child Guidance Center (Clarity CGC) helped mother and son start over to overcome years of pain and sorrow.


Joshua suffered a lot in his young life. His father would lock him in a closet for hours without food or water. Joshua loved his dad with all his heart and never understood what he did to deserve frequent beatings...(click here to continue reading).

You must dine-in at the Ruby Tuesday location listed below. Here's what you need to do:

Register to attend our parenting classes

Clarity CGC hosts parenting classes at our outpatient campus every Thursday. Classes are held 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. 
  • November 10 - Nurturing Children's Self-Esteem
  • November 17 - Raising 21st Century Kids 

Cost: $5.00 per session (financial assistance available)
