Just a touch of residual sugar - not enough to make the wine sweet, but just enough to perfectly balance the racy, crisp acidity and minerality for which German Riesling is so famous.
Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon '09
Central Coast, California
Notes of black cherry, cassis and raspberry are followed by nuances of bell pepper and cocoa. This wine is lush and textured, with gripping tannins, well-developed acidity and a lingering finish.

 ABSOLUT GINGER SMASH
2 parts Absolut Orient Apple
˝ part simple syrup
1 part soda water
2 - 3 lemon wedges
4 - 5 pieces of mint
In a rocks glass, muddle simple syrup,
lemon wedges and mint.
Add ABSOLUT ORIENT APPLE and ice.
Top with soda water and stir.

1-1/2 parts Absolut® Orient Apple 1/2 part Malibu® Tropical Banana Orange juice Build over ice in a rocks glass. Top with orange juice and garnish with an orange twist. |

Breckenridge's 4000 square foot facility is nestled in an alpine environment at 9600 feet above sea level below Peak 8 along the Ten Mile Mountain Range within
the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado.
Deep honey amber hue with warm, pronounced aromas of under-ripe banana and brown sugar, with spicy notes of white pepper and toasted sesame.
Light body with warm texture and long sweet oak, vanilla finish with a touch of bitterness to balance. Reminiscent of a slice of toasted rye bread with honey drizzled on it.
