Special Feature TURNBULL Viognier 2006, Oakville, Napa Valley, California Successive picking passes allow for picking the fruit only once it
has achieved golden hues from light striking the fruit. These
sun-touched clusters exhibit fantastic tropical-fruit intensity, which
is preserved by gently pressing the whole cluster fruit once it arrives
at the winery, just after day-break. The result of this laborious
process is an ideal mix of fruit, floral notes, and acidity.
Honeysuckle, white blossom and brown spice aromas are followed by
rich Meyer lemon peel, apricot and vanilla flavors. Hints of minerality
accentuate the acidity that expands the complexities of this wine.

BEST BEERS:NEW BREWS for the Summer table
There's hardly a week that goes by without a new beer on the shelves at Sun Singer. Here's some good drinking for this week:
BOULDER COLD HOP A
marriage of the best in American and Belgian brewing traditions.
Belgian pilsner malt, a generous amount of American and European hops
and a unique Belgian yeast strain combine to give Belgica big notes of
citrus and spice, creating a lively concoction perfect for spring in
the Rockies - or the Ardennes. 7.2% ABV
PYRAMID CURVE BALL The deceptively drinkable golden summer seasonal is a crisp,
clean-tasting, cold lagered ale. Exemplifying the blonde ale style,
Curve Ball pours a beautiful bright golden hue and offers the balanced,
refreshing taste perfect for accompanying summer adventures. Curve Ball
delivers a clean, refined malt body, ideal for pairing with timeless
summertime treats and BBQ traditions. Accentuated with subtle herbal and
spicy characteristics, thanks to Vanguard and Perle hops, this seasonal
offering finishes dry and crisp.
POINT NUDE BEACH Point Nude Beach is the perfect summer pleasure. Available only during
the warm months of summer, this lively and unfiltered wheat ale is well
balanced using "au naturel" raw and red wheat, then delicately finished
with Yakima hops. With a refreshing light flavor, Point Nude Beach is
perfect while enjoying summer activities or just hanging out with
friends. Clothing optional.
ARCADIA SKY HIGH RYE In honor of their adventurous friends at Sky Dive Inc. in Hastings,
Michigan, we crafted a truly adventurous brew in Sky High Rye. A West
Coast-style Pale Ale with rye malt, Sky High Rye boasts a massive floral
aroma of resinous hops. The hops contribute flavor notes of lemons,
peaches, and pine needles, combined with the sweet, malty flavors of
toffee and bread. Rye adds a pleasant peppery, spicy note like a fresh
slice of pumpernickel bread. Very well-rounded and very drinkable, Sky
High Rye will surely inspire adventure in all who taste it.

An Original from Door County, Wisconsin: DEATH'S DOOR VODKA & GIN
All crops and ingredients that go into Death's Door Spirits are herbicide and pesticide free, sustainably grown on Washington Island, Wisconsin or sourced as locally as possible. The bottom line at Death's Door Spirits is sharing the beauty and the bounty of a place-rich with history and unique in setting-through the simple pleasures of food and drink.
Gin Death's Door Distilled Gin, our small-batch gin, combines local juniper berries and botanicals to bring you layers of taste. The experience begins with a bright juniper bouquet followed by a mild middle note of coriander and cinched with the crisp, clean finish of fennel. Our wild juniper berries are hand harvested from the open fields and forests of Washington Island and captured in this spirit with other Wisconsin botanicals.
Vodka
Death's Door Vodka is a locally grown,small-batch vodka that combines unique wheat with crisp, pure water to provide a
sweet, wheaty bouquet, tasteful middle notes and a clean finish for your palate. Getting this
particular wheat isn't easy - it's grown in only one place: Washington Island. Here, ships must safely charter our precious grain to the
mainland through the respectably deep currents and counter-currents of Death's Door Passage, the historic waterway where Lake Michigan and Green Bay meet.

Espresso Liqueur
Italians have few passions as serious as fine Espresso.
Developed in Italy in 1901, anyone who has been to our country can
tell you that no one makes a better espresso than Italy. It is with this
passion that we proudly present Dolce Nero.
The first true Italian Espresso liqueur, Dolce Nero's rich and
smooth flavor comes from an all natural infusion of ultra premium
spirits and fine Italian espresso beans that have been roasted to
perfection.
It is the perfect complement to the end of a meal, served neat,
on the rocks, or in a martini.
