Rubissow Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 
A very special cabernet for the holiday...
This under-the-radar Napa artisan producer makes amazing wines in the classic style. Forget fruit-bomb trends and syrupy bombast, this is the real thing. Authentic Napa Cabernet at its best.
This blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon,
13% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc has lovely notes of violet, orchid, menthol, cassis, redcurrant, pencil lead and sweet, toasted oak in the bouquet. On the palate there is a powerful attack of up front fruit. Complex, rich flavors of plum, cedar, spice, cocoa, earth, blackberry. Very long, round finish.

Spot-On
Pinot Blanc '07, Mendocino, California
Aromas
of green apple, lemon zest, star fruit and talc. On the palate you'll find
citrus with lime leaf, lemon curd, orange blossoms
and wet concrete. The wine has a bright acidity and a
touch of tannin that leads to a long and persistent finish.
Colterenzio 'Lumo' '08, Alto Adige, Italy
Masterly
blend of Pinot blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc holds promise of a highly
pleasurable flowery spicy wine experience
with freshness, finesse and ....light.
Solitude
Chardonnay '08, Carneros, California
Layers
of oak complemented by the tropical fruit flavors the Carneros appellation is
known for. The wine is dry, full, and very rich, but retains refreshing acidity

excellent nose of violets, black cherry, and earth notes. Supple
and forward on the palate, it has serious depth of flavor, excellent balance,
and a long, fruity finish.
Turkey Flat 'The
Turk' Red Blend '06, Barossa Valley, Australia
A
blend made from 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Shiraz,
24% Mourvèdre and 18% Grenache. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry
